Well, this caught us by surprise, but hey, we love a good wedding so it's a lovely way to start our week!
Known for her roles on Doctor Who and ER, curly beauty Alex Kingston married her long-term partner Jonathan Stamp on Saturday in a romantic Italian ceremony.
The 52-year-old opted for a pastel green wedding dress with ruffled skirt instead of the classic white choice, although her decision really seems to be dividing people.

Acting as bridesmaid was Alex’s 14-year-old daughter Salome, who also shunned tradition and wore a black dress.
Alex was previously married to Harry Potter actor Ralph Fiennes, as well as German writer Florian Haertel, who is Salome’s father.
The happy group received lots of attention for onlookers as they paraded down the Italian street, followed by a violinist, and Alex looked absolutely radiant.
