Mini cheese pie

These mini cheese pies make a tasty snack for the kids. They will also keep in the fridge for a couple of days or you can make extra and freeze them.
1 tsp butter
2 sheets frozen puff pastry
4 eggs
120ml milk
140g cooked ham, chopped
120g corn
110g cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F/ gas mark 4. Lightly grease a 12 hole cup cake pan with the butter.
Defrost the pastry sheets for 15 minutes before cooking.
Cut 12 holes from each pastry sheet with a scone cutter that is slightly larger than the holes.
Place the circles into the cake pan.
Combine the eggs and milk together in a jug using a whisk. Add the ham, corn and cheese. Mix until well combined.
Divide the egg mix equally between each pastry case.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
