Perfect for lunch box treats!
150g plain flour
3 tbsp desiccated coconut
125g brown sugar
3 Weetabix, crushed
125g butter, melted
200g milk chocolate
30g butter
Preheat oven to 180°C, 160°C for fan assisted ovens. Line a 22x30 cm baking tin with parchment and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the flour, coconut, brown sugar and crushed Weetabix.
Stir in the melted butter and mix well.
Press mixture in slice tin and smooth down flat and even.
Bake for 15-20mins.
Place chocolate and butter in a glass bowl over a saucepan of simmering hot water and stir until melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the Weetbix .
Refrigerate for up to an hour until set and firm.
Cut into bars and decorate with chocolate chips, icing sugar or anything else you like!
