Emmerdale actor, Adam Thomas, who plays Adam Barton on the soap, has confessed that he was shocked when he found out his girlfriend, Caroline Daly was expecting their first child.
The actor told OK! Magazine that when they got a positive test it was definitely a surprise: “We got home and did it and there was this massive scream. My head fell right off!”
Despite the initial shock, Adam says he can’t wait to meet the little one and is very excited about becoming a father: “I’m really excited now I’ve got my head around it ... I’m on top of the world.”
Adam’s brother is Ryan Thomas, who plays Jason in Coronation Street.
